    "An Act exempting the full value of life insurance and annuity                                                              
    contracts from levy to satisfy a debt, and amending the description                                                         
    of earnings, income, cash, and other assets relating to garnishment                                                         
    of life insurance proceeds payable upon the death of an insured."
